So after a string of issues with the S4 which many of you have spoken to me about I have a resolution.

They have swapped my S4 for a brand new S5 which is currently at the docks. Only a small extra charge to me on the monthly. Such a result for me. Massive thanks to Audi UK customer services and a certain someone who will get a bunch of flowers from me

Spec as follows:

Phantom black
20 inch wheels
Convenience pack (folding mirrors, memory seats, etc)
Tech pack high
Black edition (flat bottom, B&O, etc)
Drive select
Damper control

I'm absolutely over the moon and I have been really looked after. More details to follow.

Im pleased its finally sorted and its to your satisfaction,good spec and colour [great for reflections],what colour interior is it? oh and by the way theres no need to send me the flowers.

I know you love flowers so ill send them. Not sure about interior colour, hopefully black and red or panda seats.

Sounds like you got the result you were after! Good news that Audi customer service is capable of sorting these things.

I'm pleased you got everthing sorted out

While I was picking mine up today there was an S5 black edition with 20" wheels in Phantom Black also going out to a lucky owner. Have to say it looked very nice and I don't think you will be disappointed with your choice. If I'd had known I would have got a couple of photo's for you.

Shouldn't be a long wait for you as well

Looks maybe a bit too dark. Hopefully the silver rims will help the overall look. I reckon a chrome looking grill would be nicer. Can't complain though as it will look awesome I'm sure.
