Quick update...just got confirmation that my order is to be built on the 11 Feb. Assuming a 4 week turnaround I hope to collect my car by the 11 March.

Yunno the SMMT actually tried to get the DVLA to not issue 13 plates.

Called the dealership earlier today. My car is in the UK at some port waiting to be transported to the dealership. Expect to pick up some time during the week commencing the 4 March.

Not too long to go! Does anyone know which port new Audis land in the UK?

I actually think it depends where you ordered from.

All VAG cars including Porsche etc tend to go from Emden to Sherness. This would seem to be why it can take longer to actually get your car because of your location in the uk.

Mine came into port of tyne, where it was stuck for a fortnight due to an administrative error.
