oh, and I recon I could easily break the 400 barrier as last night I drove from Gatwick to N.London at 1am, straight through the centre (i.e. over Towerbridge) and that meant ALOT of traffic lights and I was knackered and so had foot to floor off the lights at all times

I also set off 3 speed camera's that were facing the wrong direction....please tell me they dont count !!

Just make sure you don't go too fast over Tower Bridge its only a twenty limit.

Hmmm, the ADS in Dynamic & the Sport Diff do help but I've read elsewhere that non-ADS cars are default set at somewhere between Auto & Dynamic....can't comment too objectively though cos haven't driven one without the ADS & Diff, but most reviewers have commented how neutral the car feels handling-wise, and this was the revelation that's given the B8 its kudos. Agree it does understeer but certainly far less than the nose-heavy B6 (this is where the Diff really comes into its own), and yes the steering is still way off perfection (but way better than the B6) - the 335i is much better in that department, for example.

im directly comparing it to a TTS with Sports mode which is like a go-kart, and a RS 4 which is prob the best car Audi have made in the last 15yrs

im prob remembering the B6 through rose tinted glasses

Would love to have a go in a TTS to compare...the small wheel base must've meant devastating cornering
