Couldn't give a toss about anybody in the back!

I do, haven't tried them yet on the B8 but those few cold days that someone sits in the back, I think they ll come in handy and people won't argue about who gets to sit upfront. Definitely not in the absolutely needed category but nice to have and not that expensive. Definitely more useful than Audi Connect!

I just a nice little card from Audi. Some fluff about how careful they are about building their cars and emu feathers! It was nice touch as it also acknowledged that my order was going through production.

On a different note, how did you break in your cars? Did you driving them like old age pensioners or did you drive it as if you stole it?

Mine had quite specific instructions in the handbook, never seen so detailed ones

Stop preaching all your RS propaganda in here.

I basically mixed it up. A small spank after 150 miles then another at 800 then pretty hard after about 1000. Launch control at 1500. Now at 8000 and its running perfectly. Just some interior rattles to sort which are driving me crazy.

It's in the manual. However, I believe it's.

1. Make sure the hill hold is off
2. Press traction control button
3. Put your left foot on the brake and hold it there
4. Gearbox in sport or dynamic if you have ADS
5. Bury the accelerator pedal (if its engaged it will rev to about 3 to 4k and hold the revs)
6. Take your left foot off the brake
7. Hold on tight and enjoy

Rattles, from where? Is it covered under warranty?
