Driving in to work today, I noticed that my drivers wing mirror wasn't clearing the mist/dew on it, so visibility wasn't great for the journey. I had assumed, rightly or wrongly, that the car would come with heated mirrors. Surely it does? Or doesn't it?
Sounds snobbish, but I didn't think I'd need to wind the window down and wipe the wing mirror!!
Our other Audi (12 yrs old) has them, and they clear really quickly (and the mirrors get really hot!).
Heated wing mirrors as standard? (2010 MY)
Re: Heated wing mirrors as standard? (2010 MY)
Standard. Was the mirror adjustment knob in the centre position? Also dependant on outside temperature.

aaahhh, maybe not, as I did adjust one the other day. Does it only work when in central position then? That could be it!!GrahamS4 wrote: Was the mirror adjustment knob in the centre position?

Centre only. There is a heated element symbol on mine.

Thanks Graham. Pretty sure that's it then (and maybe why I'd not noticed before!).
