Seems to be quite a few saloons added to Pistonheads over the last week ago. Looks like quite a few owners have decided to get rid of the Beast?!
Are any of them members on here?

They have obviously sha*ted somebody on the part ex but it also very high mileage? Also only personal taste but not a fan of the cream interior with the grey exterior colour.
Will be interested to see if any of the saloons move!

Haha, you'll have to join the list then like everybody else. You would have fifth or sixth refusal, I loose track. I'm hoping the gap between C5 and C6 prices closes and then I will make my move. When the B7 was a fairly new the gap was quite big between it and the B5, now, not as much. I've only had the RS6 six months! Hoping to have a C6 RS6 on my 23rd birthday, or 24th at the very latest.

Nearly bought a V10 S8 with some nice toys on it today 64k miles, B&O for £18.5k it's a 2006. Decided against it, but if anyone else wants it. Let me know and I'll put you in touch. If it had the C6 engine I'd have one tomorrow.

The S8's are a bargain, so to are the C6 S6, 16k and you can secure a nice example. I created a thread in the S6 section the other day, bargain S6's. Would love one as a daily in Sprint Blue, must be a saloon though.
The S8 you nearly struck gold on, would that have meant the RS6 would have to go?

Yep, it would have had too, and I just couldn't let go of it. Usually I drive to work fairly gently, but today I let her play, it was freezing and it loved the cold dense air. It was like a slingshot and handled quite well too, sounded like thunder and just kept accelerating, it is relentless. I'm not sure how you'd drive something more powerful then this, my brain wouldn't be able to keep up.

For £16k I'd rather have an E60 M5 then a C6 S6, 500 BHP. Now that's a proper V10 NA engine. It won't coke up with carbon like the S6s 5.2 FSI eitheir.

I am not massivly into BMW's anymore and besides the interiors are very very plain. E60 for 16k, it will either be cat D or have star ship mileage. The engine in that car though is superb.

It will drive/handle so much better then the Audi could, suddenly the interior won't matter as much. I've seen some decent E60 M5s for £16k and under, not starship mileage eitheir. Not a contest with a C6 S6 for me. I remember it getting shocking reviews.
