RS6 Avant Tyre Wear

I've got a 10,000 mile RS6 Avant which was collected yesterday for a service.

Four hours after collection I was called to tell me that all the tyres have extremely uneven tyre wear.
Down to the wire on the outer edges and 4mm of tread in the centre on the front two tyres, and 2mm on the outer edges and 4mm in the centre of the rears!!

Has anyone else had this problem, or have any idea what the solution is as Bradford Audi have no clue

10,000 miles, you did well, only got 7,000 miles out of my last set.

Got 13k out of mine, had to stick with Pirellis which i didnt want to have ordered Pilot Sport 2's on 6 weeks lead time
