Afternoon All,
Currently I am very lucky to have been loaned a C6 from Audi and I must say what a car!
Following a chump in a M5 this morning and happend to pull alongside a the lights, now it's not normal for me to get involved in such things!, but seeing as he was up for a challange I thought I would see what it was really like......Well why I did I bother?, in Sport mode I took off and although I could hear him scream the backside off it he just kept on going backwards
At the next set of lights he gave me a nod and then lowered he head and shook it and his car.
What a great way to start a day.

I found the the C6 does not have that 'boyish' & 'hands on' feel of the RS4, but it has a superb gearbox & superb ride comfort coupled with astonishing power, especially with a Stage 1 remap to 700 bhp.
Wnelson .. Will you be buying a C6 ?

With the current economic climate and first child on the way, uncertain! But I do love that burble when it shifts gear!

And with the Miltek exhaust, that burble is accentuated. Even before the engine is started, I'm amazed at the number of stares I receive, and when the ignition starts, the background noise gains even more heads.
Driving on French country lanes, the C6 is just awesome. However I am considering a different type of car to add to the garage .. a V6 Clio, RS Focus, Clio Cup, Mitsubishi Evo or even a B7 RS4.
The C5 and the C6 are both fantastic, and I know a B7 would great too ... I'm being accused of 'fantasy shopping' but I know each car has its own merits. By driving different cars, one appreciates the differences !

Hi Jeremy,
Did you have the Cat back Milltek or full system?
Kind regards,
Nigel

Apologies .. I am wrong ... I have a "Cat back" ..
I presume that means from the Cat Converters backwards .. what is the difference for the driver ?

Noise levels very acceptable. Drove car 700 miles from UK to France .. sheer brilliance.
Around the country lane the sounds are fabulous ...
