PQ1 + E0W + PT4 + QH3 + 8T4 + 7X8 + 4F2 + 2C7 + VC1 + PV6 + 3X2 + 3FR + PZH + PDG
That'd be my choice...in Phantom Black again with carbon finish and black Nappa leather.

Got shot down in flames by blinkered forum geeks.

what Point Robbo ???
re the C2S comments ... I have a 3.4 Boxster S (8 months old and my 5th Boxster) which is a way better car than the 911 C2 even the S ... Drive one and see ... I'll give you choice on a GT3 RS .. or even the C4S
This is my Cayenne replacement
And I have a Brabus Smart for fun as well ...

Some may be blinkered geeks, will see no wrong in the beloved 4 rings but some some may just have different opinions!
I have had another go in it. I still think that the car in its self has evolved into a more refined beastie (which i like), but i think your point was that 80k was rediculous, which I TOTALLY agree with, just dont think it will depreciate as much as people think!

Robbo, Just been back and read the rest of the posts in that forum, and as usual there are the likes of grant, leadfoot and i would like to think me, who will listen to and present a good case for or against the subject. But then you get certain members who just will not even listen to reasonable arguments, which you most certainly put across, all very valid points of discussion.
Most of the postees i need not explain.........

That's going to happen on forums...any faint critique offered against what they consider to be a second marriage (their car and choice of marque) will be taken as a personal insult.
I am lucky enough to have a fair amount of experience of top end cars, though am reluctant to post this point as I could come across as a major 'cock'.
I therefore know a little about how the market works, and in the case of the RS6, how small a sector this will appeal to particularly as they have made no attempt to widen it's appeal by giving it absolutely no distinct styling difference from a stock Avant.
There may well be a sector who were considering purchasing, had the cash and are disappointed at the overall blandness and weight of the car, regardless of the HP......I am in that sector.
Try and get that point across to the geeks who continue to harp on about it being 2 tenths quicker around the ring than an M5 and polish the inside of their exhausts and well......let them buy it and take the hit.
It will be massive without question.
Wait a little and save yourself £30 k.....

I agree !!
Its a different proposition when it arrives on the 2nd hand market circa £55k
Then it will be taken more seriously.

Saw my first one on the road today, looked better than expected (except for the colour, was a kind of matt grey which looked like a primer coat).

To be honest I did think this car was not the best looking car when choosing it, but I must say I am absolutely loving it more and more.
How to speculate is everyones opinion about the 30K hit it will take, I cannot say.
I heard it was perhaps being the last RS6 model coming out due to the enviromental impact and corporate responsibilities, etc...who knows if there will be another one...anyone here that knows?
