While replacing the air filters and checking the space around with a camera, I found this BSCU (Braking System Control Unit) behind the glove compartment.

There are no wire connections to the unit...
Has anybody seen any of these BSCU units?

I've seem a similar-ish wireless system used for kids bikes so that the parent can control the kids speed on a ride out on the road but I've not even heard of a wireless version for a "vehicle".
The part number brings up nothing, there's no images similar, the batch no brings up nothing - it's a mystery!
The Audi ABS unit looks nothing like this so, as it found behind the glovebox, maybe (and this is full on conspiracy theory here I know) it's not what the name on the Sticker suggests it is but maybe it's something like an internally powered anti-theft tracker (or similar), with the Sticker only being there to "hide" it's true purpose.
