Steering rack noise mostly when hot

Noticed that there is a slightly annoying noise from my steering particularly once the car has been driven a while. Its like a slight grinding noise when turning the wheels when stationary.

Any ideas?

I had a noise from mine and felt a bit heavy. I’ve just flushed the fluid,it looked dirty and smelt.It feels really light now with no noise.

I found one video that seems relevant on you tube. But its based in India and is simply an advert for fixing the issue. But doesn't give any details. It's fine when cold but once it's hot and you are streeting at parking speeds you can hear a grinding type noise.
