Under bonnet bling

Couldn't go out to the pub, most of the major jobs done......so decided on a tarting up under the bonnet.
Looks pretty good already and not much space so just came down to cleaning, polishing and replacing some of the fluid caps with better looking versions.
I'd read on here about R8 caps fitting so I bought an aftermarket copy R8 coolant cap.....looked great but first drive and it didn't hold pressure, lost coolant all over the engine bay, more cleaning....
Next a real R8 coolant cap, this looked good and held pressure.
Dip stick was looking tatty, chrome flaking so a new one from Audi, 40 quid.
Screenwash, black alloy cover instead of blue plastic....fits and looks better
Lastly, R8 power steering reservoir cap, the R8 cap is completely different, with a male thread instead of a female thread, so I cut the top of the existing cap, removed the insides if the R8 cap and aligned and the epoxied the two together. Looks much better.
