I recently purchased a 2010 RS6 plus knowing it had a few issues and I've done a few things already (refurbished steering wheel and new larger brake discs)

It's now at MRC having a fairly long list of bits done:

Oil seal (it was leaking)
Coolant Pipes (some corrosion but may as well change it when engine is out)
Cam cover Gaskets (slight leak)
Gearbox service
New plugs and Coilpacks
New plastic ducts for coolers ( i knew it had a had a frontal impact but some of the hidden plastic was damaged too)
Wagner Intercooler Kit (one intercooler was leaking and one auxiliary radiator damaged)
H&R Anti Roll Bars
MRC Downpipes (was going for secondary cat delete but as the engine is out.....)
Stage 2 Engine and Gearbox Map (with map and crackle switching)

Hoping for somewhere approaching 800bhp

Whilst its at MRC, Trups is upgrading my headlights to quad Projectors and sequential indicators (I like to see where I'm going)

Can't wait to get it back and drive it :-)

Good luck with it!

Great cars... and indeed, they do come with occasional 4 figure bill to keep them happy & sound!

lovely motor

That's a nice looking steering wheel.

Is there any way of getting a round wheel?

Nick

Easy enough I would imagine, as long as you don't want the RS6 badge on the bottom spoke
