Tyres: Dunlop Sportsmaxx GT 275/35ZR20 (102Y) R01

Hope all safe and well. I have punctured the sidewall of one of the above and trying to source so matches the other 3 tyres but not having much luck. I am being told that Dunlop stopped making this tyre this year. Is this what others have experienced? Anyone got any good leads to find this tyre? My options otherwise are to source the same Dunlop tyre but without the R01 Audi fitting spec? Or to use another brand? Or I could use a spare tyre I have stored that has been professionally repaired with a rubber "mushroom" type fill - had been told not advisable to use on a performance car?
