Stage 2 first for me - It completely changes the character of the car and really brings it to life. If you think stock is quick then Stage 2 is mind-blowing!

Brakes 2nd - The OEM discs are poor as the cooling is non-existant but the pads/calipers are fine. The OEM discs can be improved with the Phaeton mod which provides much needed extra cooling which should be enough for most drivers but if you really hammer the brakes hard all the time (and by that I mean overheating the OEM discs until they go blue) then only aftermarket discs will do. However the OEM discs will cope with a fairly "sensibly" driven stage 2 car no problem once the cooling mod is carried out.

just search on here. Or call local VW dealer.

It's literally the 2 plates and some small bolts.

The car is pre-drilled, as if designed for it.

Ducts:
3D0 615 447 G
3D0 615 448 G
Back plates:
3D0 615 311 C
3D0 615 312 C

Then there's 8 bolts (M6 I think) to hold them together.
