Looks to me like there's an issue with one of the radiator fans from when the new rad was installed?

That looks to cover code 1 & 2, code 3 refers to needing to scan the second ECU for faults

cheers - I'll get in touch with a garage later for them to (re)inspect.

Other than emissions related 'fault' (probably due to lack of mid/rear cat's) i do not get other any codes on Engine Bank 2.

I suppose one question from my side is if the lambda / O2 sensor is faulty or on it's way out, would it cause error listed above? And more importantly, should i be worried :(?

Thanks!

Is it not from the fans being disconnected without the battery being disconnected first? It's linked to your work done in my eyes. I'd have the codes reset and check in a few days time that they don't come back.

I doubt that battery was disconnected. Are you suggesting that it may be worth checking the fuse/s?

FYI - I do scan the car periodically (say every 3-4 weeks) and this does indeed come up each time it's done. One other thing that I noticed is that fan is running at relatively high speed/rpm every time i start the car warm (normal operating temp).

Does the fan go off when you turn off the A/C?

Yes, it does .

Any suggestions of what could be going wrong / what needs addressing? Assume it has very little with rad work i did recently?

It could be signs to the resistors on their way out. This was an issue with mk4 golfs. But it could just be normal. I think mine was always on when the A/C was on.

Cheers.

Is that resistors on the actual radiator fan i guess?
