C6 RS6 on A/T with AMD map

So this C6 is currently up on A/T:

Nice looking motor and an end of production one as well to boot.
What caught my eye was the ‘tuned to 582 hp’ comment on the ad. Surely a typo I thought-then there’s the ‘proof’:
Ok I’m confused. Some hp increase there!
And what’s with the stock power of 526 hp?!
Any ideas?

Nope. But then things can be changed. It's on a 10 plate but you never know if it hung around at a dealers before it was registered. Having said that, it's got the later MMI control and handbrake switch. As to the dyno figures, there's a chance that it wasn't on song before the remap, and nothing was done to sort the problems.

Possibly, but then I'd expect the figures to be lower - and the printout states 'Engine Power'. But then that'd be a best guess calculated with drive line loss assumptions unless the engine was out of the car and on a proper test bed.

Yes I saw it said engine power, which to be fair is what most RR calculate the engine power to be. Not many do real WHP, the hub dynos are supposed to be good. Even MRC uses a calculation to determine the engine power. This seems a little low if it has had a tune. Though it looks to only have had a cat back exhaust fitted, then tuned, to maybe stage 1 spec. It may have been using 95RON fuel? Either way, the car does look good. Expensive though considering its only 30k miles less than mine and mine I've valued it at around 18-19k.
