Intercoolers

Next time you have your intercoolers off, it might be an idea to test them for holes - even by doing something as basic as filling them with a liquid and looking for leaks. I knew one of mine had a small hole which I'd temporarily plugged with some epoxy but this morning I found another hole in the same unit - both appear to have been caused by the fan bracket, whether it was the bracket itself or grit trapped between it and the cooler I can't say.
