Air lift kit

Has anyone fitted an air lift kit to a C6 RS6? would keep most if not all the benefit of the DRC and allow height adjustment. Although at about 4k for a decent self leveling set its not much cheaper than replacing the DRC.

The only one I can think of on here was that one Custom Paint C6 with a Yellow interior that was for sale for a long time which had air suspension added, they ended up getting MRC to remove it in the end.

Ah right. I wonder why as they seem to be great on most cars including heavy American stuff.

I would take a guess in that, until fairly recently (say 2014 onwards), "air suspension" was the preserve of the "show car" or the luxo-barge and wasn't considered to be something sporty. However, for Audi with the C7 RS6 (air suspension) things are changing.

True I guess. The height adjustment and self leveling seems like an improved DRC. Fairly easy DIY install too.
