Anyone using a AGM battery in their C6 RS6?
My battery is on the way out (Varta I6) and I have a new AGM battery...
Any issues fitting these?

According to the VARTA website battery finder
here they list an AGM battery as a replacement for our cars.
I replaced mines last year with a Bosch S5 battery that has like for like specs as the original VARTA model and it's been absolutely fine. It also has a five year warranty.
The thing I'd be concerned about changing to an AGM one though is coding the battery management module - I don't know if there is a way to tell it that there is an AGM battery installed, and it's probably important to as AGM batteries charge differently to normal wet cell batteries. There is a chance if not recoded correctly that the battery could be damaged due to being charged incorrectly. Also, if you use a charger on an AGM battery, it is important to ensure that it has an AGM charging mode.

Sure. I have a Ctek agm charger. And I have the Varta H15 agm battery.
As you mention, I wonder if there are specific coding for the agm battery.
I do have the full
VCDS thingy..
