I went the Alps and used Vredstein Wintrec tyres on a second set of alloys. their amazing winter tyres and no issues at all using 275/30/

    I left it tad too late so will opt for flight + rent a car option (e.g. 1.0L territory :)).

    Hahaha fair enough, Was a rare occurrence when I passed an exact same English RS6 in my colour when blasting through France. sure your enjoy it anyway. :)

    Yep, and the brand new Vredstein Wintrac Pro is available up to 300 km/h speed rating and in larger diameters and has just won the Autobild winter tyre test

    they do rock, I also bought there summer tyres I was so impressed. not the best in the rain but by god their good in the dry.
