Hi all can anyone recommend spark plug for my rs6 c6 running stage 1 680 bhp gearbox mapped 940 torque plus best air filters to use too thanks steve

Mine was tuned by MRC to 730bhp with the OEM plugs AFAIK....

Thanks for reply best get oem from Tps or are there any better ones as I am going to be taking cats and exhaust off and then stage 2 mapping and what air filters best I used KN on my c5

If you're going to stg2 with MRC then they fit their own air filters, I'm not sure if they use K&N or not, but the oil in those types of filters can destroy the MAF, so I'd assume a dry foam typre filter may be used. I've not taken mine out yet to find out, only had the car a week!

Well I've not pulled mine out yet to see thier condition, but they were replaced 40k ago and it was tuned last year to 730bhp with them! I've no evidence to suggest they were replaced before tuning was done in my history....

NGK R7434-7 for under 700 or oR7434-8 for 700 over.

crazy to run std plugs on proper stage 2

I'm sure MRC recommend standard plugs unless stage 3

I've ran standard plugs on stage 2 for nearly 4 years, no problem. MRC serviced for all that time.

Thanks everyone will pick a set up from Tps tomz as I got to pick up the coolant pipes πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ so I got them to fix from tomz too
