Appropriate to the post title;

I've been logging my mpg over the last 3 months or so since doing the work on the gearbox and Ive seen a 2mpg improvement, driving enthusiastically as I normally do. Its gone from a 17.4 ave to a 19.5 ave. It could have been many things but most likely I think, I put that down to taking out the binding when I reset the clutch pack clearances. Happy bunny ;)

Sold it few weeks ago, most comfortable and coolest car I've ever owned absolutely loved it.
But i'll never in my whole life own a RS6 again, so glad its gone.

It was like a Hate-Love relationship, it totally ruined me but i still addicted to it :audibash:
Average 17.0L/100km, and fuel costs in sweden is outrageous right now.
Bought it 2015 for 245000 SEK witch is like £20700. in 3 years im way above 100000 SEK in repairs.

That is the S or RS territory (i'm afraid)...quality & performance comes at cost and to keep them in tip top condition ££££ will need to be spent.

All the best!

and just one more thing... this level of performance (and madness) couldn't be more cost effective!

Compared to other brands within "super car range", C6 RS is way, way trouble-free / cheap(er) to run :).
