Video of C6 RS6 Running - Under bonnet view

Hi Guys.
Does anyone have a video of a C6 V10 just idling looking at the engine with bonnet up?
Just want to hear what a normal engine sounds like.
Does it tick at all? With air con on or off?

It should tick. The fuel is fed at very high pressure, even at idle.

Can’t hear anything from within the car but opened the bonnet to fill washer bottle and noticed it’s quite loud.
Only just had the car so just wanted to check.

It’s panic stations now.
I’m worried about every little noise.
Need to forget it and enjoy the car.
It’s only got 29k miles on but that doesn’t really mean much as anything could go anytime.
Took an Audi extended warranty so for what that’s worth hopefully it will cover me if the anything does go wrong.
As long as whatever does go wrong isnt mentioned in the 12 pages of things that arent covered ! Lol

V10's have that "ugly" diesel / mechanical-ish sound when cold/at idle... tbh , when I first experienced M5 V10 I thought that engine was on it's way out but then realised (after some research) that's how they are. I'm sure that V10 SME's will correct me
... and my advice is to enjoy every moment in it and less you worry the better you will feel about this very special vehicle.

Mine too.
Peace of mind with Audi warranty, but enjoy the car now, as they'll be no more of it soon (as your car will soon reach 10 years old).
