Setup Menus on MMI Vanished

My 6 recently developed a Rad Fan Control Unit fault necessitating the change out of one of the fans. It went to Audi first for a diagnosis although my VCDS scan threw up the fault so I told them what it would be. Somehow, I still have to pay the Audi diagnostic fee. #thatslife

Luckily, having decided Audi's rates to fix the problem were bananas, whilst waiting for MRC to be able to deal with it, I was able to shut the fan off by disconnecting the battery. Even shutting the car down would not stop the fan...

By their own admission, Audi let the battery run flat whilst the car was in their possession and yesterday, I noticed that all my Red MMI Menus have vanished. Things like my TPMS Menus etc etc are no longer there... I'm presuming these two things are related?

Can I somehow recover these using VCDS?
