I've read up about this and would like to get this installed, it's a the most feasible option out there certainly for me in terms of vehicle security.

I tried to have one installed last week and the car refused to take to take the immobilise command
Spark tried the technical line for Autowatch but nothing, car would simply not immobilise
Currently looking at alternatives

I thought i was alone with the issue, taking the car to a Can-Bus specialist/guru early next week to see if there is anything he can spot that may be preventing proper install
If i hear anything i will update here and also if you hear anything

Think we would need to get a known good car with a car that does not want to comply and see what is different, either in the
VCDS settings or Can-bus traffic
There has to be something preventing the car from complying with the instruction not to start, i do not have any major faults showing n the
VCDS. Some historic flat battery and minor coding issues for drivers seat and pax door handle sensor but nothing that would affect starting

It will be interesting to see what you find. I thought my car was bog standard so cant see why mine wouldn't accept the immobilise command either. Have spoke to Autowatch in Sevonoaks today so i'm waiting on a call back. if I find anything new ill let you know.

I’ve been told there useless on a manual car anyway. It immobilises the starter but you can bump start them and bypass the ghost. It’s apparently kicked off on the Ford RS focus forums as there popular (was) with them

No problem there as the RS6 is a automatic.

IT'S WORKING!!!! Right, Billy has just left after the Autowatch engineer had played with the software of the Ghost this morning. Now fully installed and working correctly. If you need it installed I cant recommend these guys enough. Very pleasant chaps and cant do enough to help.
Artofgrunt - Yes mines a pre-facelift 2008. I was having the same issue as you but the have now rectified the issue.
