iv been looking into getting new intercoolers for my car as i feel they are the weakest link in the system and suffer from heat soak massively.
i do remember being ian putting something on here about who does what intercoolers and sizes but i cant find anything via search or I'm putting the wrong information in

.
long story short , i have been in contact with pwr in Australia who make f1 intercoolers for red bull and many motorsport teams. I'm just trying to see what people think of whats already available or is it worth going down the custom route.
cheers in advance guys.

Long story short these are the current ones people use -
OEM - Can make 900+hp but the worst for static heat management.
KWE - Can make 900+hp but are poor for static heat management - cost £1000 inc VAT
Marstons (via Radtec) - Can make 900+hp and very good for static heat management - cost £2600 + VAT extra
Sportmile - Can make 1000+hp but lots of work to fit (not direct replacement) - cost £2500-ish plus Labour!
If there's anyone else you can/has made IC's then please add their details, the more the merrier!!!!
*edit for spelling, more info etc*

I just opted for marston coolers there, went via radtec and they were £2600 plus vat

From what I've read and understand they are the best of the bunch

Yes
All in mm and as L (across the front) x H (tall) x D (thickness)
OEM – 225 x 290 x 80
Marston’s – 270 x 275 x 76
KWE – 255 x 280 x 95
Sportmile – Unknown but much thicker than any of those above according to Doug @ MRC, which is why the arch radiators etc need removing and a new front rad needs adding with pipework etc.
