Engine management light on

Hi I had a misfire witch brought up the engine management light so I changed plugs and it now runs fine bit light is still on and plugged it into a snap on diagnostic comp. That said boost sensor. So dose anybody know where this is and how easy hard it is to change or if they think it could be something else. That is for the help.

What was exact error code that the Snap-On tool gave? It'll help with confirming we're talking about the correct "boost sensor" before we look at the wrong thing.
