Can anyone tell me how I can get a full bio/spec for my car using my VIN?

The myaudi page, if you sign up, put in the VIN.

When you're done goto vehicle details > Product rating and this will show a list of all the installed equipment

Or you can put all the codes down from the Sticker inside your service book or the Sticker from the boot floor

Inside your service book front cover is a Sticker with a whole bunch of Three Letter/Number Abbreviations (TLA's) like these in the bottom half of this picture below. You type those TLA's into an options site like this one - http://prsearch.planetvag.com/ - and it tells you what's fitted.
