Seems like a nice car but very strong money for what it is not exactly stacked with options etc. Just my opinion of course! But that colour is blimmin nice

Yeah, I'm thinking mid 30s is more like it. 4 owners but full main dealer history. I'd like ACC (which this doesn't have) but has to be facelift - other than that not too fussed on options as the standard spec isn't exactly low. I hate sunroofs as a rule, so the lack of one doesn't bother me. Ceramics similarly not fussed as it won't get tracked. I believe it's got DAB but will get the spec details tomorrow. The Exclusive combo isn't too horrific (says the man with a purple leather S8!) as I know there's some wacky ones out there! Not sure there's any 'must haves' off the options list? I know a lot of Pluses were fairly low spec apart from the interior changes.

It's also overdue a major service incl plugs, pollen filter, brake fluid and air-con.

I blame Ian - had a pax in his recently and was sold!

I must admit I love my solar sunroof well worth it and adaptive cruise is also great the rest of the options so, so. Keyless go is a godsend some love it others hate it.

I doubt, actually I know it won't go for £40k maybe worth putting an offer in you never know! DAB was standard.

If we buy it it'll be mainly garaged so solar roof not such an issue, but agree it'd be nice - bought one for my S8 but never got around to fitting it!

My wife loves keyless on the S5, so that's a good thing it's got - I'll get a Portector put on it, which gives a tiny bit of assurance from opportunists,

A lot will depend on what they value the Sportback at, as I can't be arsed with private sale on a car of that value

My S8 is due to leave me fairly soon, if my buyer comes through with the cash!

When the cheapest C7 RS6 is currently around the £49/50k mark £40k for this one seems a bit steep! Maybe if it had ceramics and a better spec but it doesn't.

Adrian, considered a current shape D4 S8? Early ones are sub 35k, there are three listed at Audi for 40k or below. Lot of car for the money and so much fresher than the C6. I know its not why we buy cars like this, but will also do near twice the mpg with its new generation 4.0 T V8 with cylinder shut down

I really need an Avant - the only other option under consideration is a C7 S6 - I'd love a C7 RS but they're just too far out of reach for now. Alex from Fontain tells me the S6 do 30mpg at a cruise all day long.

Ref this one - the dealer's trying to get me to commit, which I refuse to do without seeing it. He's got someone due to view on Sunday pm. but potential buyer wants to do the deal remotely before travelling - don't blame him tbh

At £35-26k IF it's mint and they do all the overdue service work wouldn't be too bad. I doubt they paid more than £30k as a part-ex and that will have depended what they were buying to replace it....

The Mrs isn't feeling the best and I don't see the point in test driving unless she has a go too - we've been there before, and it's pointless!

There is another c6 avant going for about 42k it's an exclusive in ......daytona grey and has........black leather .....if your going exclusive at least go different to a standard car.they stated it was 106k new...mental

I've seen the grey one too - spec list I've been sent shows it has literally no options at all

There was a sepang which sold few weeks ago with no more than 25k miles big spec list and ceramics but it wasn't a plus - think it went for £37/38 - the right car will turn up just got to wait it out.
