How do I remove the brake caliper house of my front ceramics?

Same way as steel calipers. Large 17mm or 19mm banjo bolt through the fitting on the caliper. Replace the copper washers on re-assembly, and just line up the rigid right angle part of the hose in the fork guide bit on the caliper. Simples. Don't chip the discs on re-assembly !
