DK

I don't think the offset is an issue. I have a set of the oem option 10 spoke 19s for my rs6, which are 19 x 9, et29. So these 'rotors' of yours would be fine on that front.

The centre bore is an issue however. I would like to see a spigot ring that increases the centre bore of a wheel - lol :jump:

right, I see now ... so the wheel wont actually fit on the RS 6 as its centre bore is too small ...

right, thats that idea out of the window

shame, because RS 5 rotor's are the only 20" version with a good "dish"

Sorry too much beer at lunchtime . You can use a spigot ring to decrease the bore of the wheel to fit the rs6 hub - do it!

I think ally rings are the way to go instead of the plastic jobs, if you can find some.

and, this is possible as Jules fit some to his B7 and that has the same centre bore

OK, I will do it ... just need to get the car first !

Isn't all the fudging and bodging less than optimal?

As in shimming and spacing to get your chosen wheels on if they aren't a straight fit.

I can understand the common ratboy doing such things to his Corsa/Fiesta/a.n.other rave skip, but really, on a 2+ tonne rocket ship? Don't think I fancy taking the chance.

I dont know about the rotors, but have been told the front brake pads used on the steel rotors/discs of the C6 RS6 are the same as used on the nissan gtr35. :bigwave:[/quote]
bam_bam wrote:[Really? I thought these were actual Brembo pads on the C6 steelies, I'm surprised Alcon would use Brembo. Not saying it's wrong, just saying I'm surprised.
Hi bam_bam, you are correct on the Brembo pads for the C6 steelies. They are Pagid A0-03. Brake pads are same size etc as pagids fitted to GTR35 but called Pagid RS19.
