Yup
Only bought it to wind up the P.C. bores at work.
I was banned from the car park for the first week until the union intervened.
A long way off topic, but very funny! :jump:

I admire your non pc mind set.

But then to be a RS6 owner, you would have to be, as I am, a very non-pc and a non-greenie tree and dolphin hugger!

I am proud of the CO2 that my RS6's contibute to the atmosphere.

CO2 is good for the planet-it is mother nature's fertiliser and makes trees and plants grow which give off oxygen which makes our beasts go like scalded cats!

john

PS just bought a 'greenie' t-shirt that says "land rights for gay whales now".That should cover most p.c things. Also turned on every light in the house to celebrate "Earth Hour" :jump_clap:

Hi from Poland,

Having been a passive user for more more than a year, decided to post for the first time. Hi all!

I had my car tested on the same dyno type as OP. Results are below. The losses seem to be lower in my case but also the speed / gear during the test.

The car was first tuned in Germany by MTM and with 650PS, fell well short of marketed 700PS. Earlier this year I had it modded by Sportmile in Poland and following change of filters and fitting 3’’ exhaust from dowpipes it has now 788PS and puts smile on my face every time I drive it. It is a real beast with a child seat ;-). See also a clip taken in Germany showing how it deals with everyday road situations (vs. 600bhp 835nm GT-R) ;-).

Hi TBI,

thank you for your post. Very impressive video clip and power chart.

Can you please confirm that you are running 3" catless down pipes from the turbos to tail pipe or are you running standard down pipes with precats and then 3" exhaust all the way to the tail pipe?

Or are you running the high power spec valved MTM exhaust with 100 cell race cats or no cats at all?

Hi John

Exhaust is fully custom made by Sportmile: 3'' downpipes from turbos to tail pipes with aux cats removed and 100 cell race cats (by Magnaflow IIRC), non-resonated. Gained 50hp and 100nm across the band vs stock exhaust.

Hi Tomasz,

many thanks for the prompt reply and vey useful information and pictures of the sportsmile custom 3" exhaust and how it looks on your beast.

From your photos, it almost looks like you can bolt the sportsmile exhaust downpipes to the turbos without having to pull or lift the engine/trans unit?

50bhp and 100nm gain from standard is very respectable, indeed.

john

ps pm sent.

You'd have to ask Sportmile how they've done it but as far as I know they had to lower the engine a bit and it was big pain in the a.. to have the old downpipes removed.

As for PM - I didn't get one (yet?)
