Yes, it drinks an awful lot and it is certainly the worst characteristic of the car, but aside from that it's just fantastic!

That's about 12.76mpg. Anyone care to check my calculation?

The car's thirst in traffic was made all too clear to me this morning.
I filled up at Leicester Forest last night. By the time I'd reached London (about 90 miles on the very busy M1), the trip computer was telling me the range was still 300 miles.
Pretty impressive I thought.
However, this morning I drove into work (about 6 miles of stop/start London rubbish) and the range had dropped to 250 miles.

My God, what a dull post.

Overall 16.4 mpg ... sometimes less ... I have seen 22.5 on a run up to Cambridge when I was early and just tootling

Actually saw 25mpg cruising at 80 the other day. Overall I'm averaging 18 at the moment, which is still an improvement over the M6 and ML - they average about 11!!

Can get about 22 on motoray 24 best circa 70mph.
