@Trups...I sent my headlamps to a company to be polished, new reflector etc. After I get them back and remounted them, I get this errors... the LEDs and the dynamic light on the left are not working. The company told me, it happend on the shipping way...a connector ist probably off... so I have to send them back to fix this

The gearbox is still OEM, I was 1 month ago at ZF (company which build this gearbox) and do a oilchange front and back + new Multitronic

The torque is limited by gearmapping...

Check the black adaptive box if you can, if you have narrowed it down to the left swap the boxes over, the adaptive ballast on the plastic body of the light closest to the grill and not are not the ones under.

Did you start the car at all while the headlights where out? Have you tried to clear the codes I take it?

On your graph it shows your over 1200nm, was that before it was limited?

Yes they did...without cutting in the housing...

@Trups... It was limited on 1240Nm - but I went 2 day ago again and let it down to 1150Nm

I just had ignition on to delock the steering wheel while the headlamps were out..I cleared the codes many times...no luck.

When I turn the light on, the right LEDs just flash for a second on....the left don't work.
Do I have to open the headlight housing for your recommendation?

So the removed the projectors without splitting the headlights?

And that's some bad pitting/burnt bowl, is that a before and after? They had one re chromed? I had mine re chromed and for the work that went into it vs the results I won't be offering the re chrome service, I have adaptor brackets that the whole projector can be changed out.

It does look like its took a knock but the power cable for the drl is under the inner fog light reflector so unsure why you drl could be an issue. Hope they sort it for you.

They opened the headlight completely, but without cutting in the housings like many people here in Germeny does...
They do not re-chrome - these are new Hella-Reflectors...and that one on the pic is my old reflector...

Yes...I hope so - they will all fix again like it was...

Ahh ok, I can get into the housing now via the sealant channels.

That's good they put the new chromed bowls. Can you see the difference in output? I have never seen a burnt bowl on a C6 and I've worked on around 10 sets.
