Rs6 C6 flaps and P1719 dtc

Hi to all I’m been struggling lately on my rs6 because of this
Flaps were removed already removed all dtc related on ecu car the car doesn’t have dtc of any kind and the gearbox is limited to 4000rpm because of dtc P1719 related to dtc on ecu and doesn’t have any already saw a bunch of people with same issue can anyone tell me how do they solve it ?
Already lost my mind on this hope someone help thanks to all
