Steering wheel restoration.

For some reason or another my C6 RS6 came with a rather plain looking, round, I think A6 steering wheel with the Trapezoidal airbag (P/N 4F0419091AH ?). Whoever did the install went to the trouble of cutting out some carbon inserts to maybe try and match it up with all the legit other carbon trim that the RS6 has all about the place. Now, in terms of function, it seems to pretty well do everything it's supposed to - even the heating works with a little button down on the left spoke. The one thing that doesn't work is the Adaptive Cruise Control Lane assist vibrate function. No idea how that is supposed to work but pretty sure that this car would have had that working (in the old steering wheel) at some point.

So I'm trying to work out a cost effective (yes, I do realise this is an RS6...) way to sort out this steering wheel problem. Now I could go down the brand new original route - https://www.ebay.com/itm/125242997014 P/N 4F0419091CB TNA but that is looking quite pricey when I factor shipping and then fact I still need to source an Airbag. Can I guarantee that this would resolve my lane assist Vibrate problem as well as retain the heated steering function??? I guess I can ask the vendor...

I've looked at countless steering wheels and am honing in on the 2013-2018 S3/RS3/S5/RS5 etc ones that look pretty close to the original, have paddle shifters, all the MFD buttons and perhaps a couple of extras for example - https://www.ebay.com/itm/135257746583 P/N 8T0419091G

If I was to go down that route of a 8T0419091G would it even fit? Would I be running into more problems with incompatibilities with the electrics? I assume that these do not have the heating or the lane assist vibrate gubbins that I'm looking for... Any Steering wheel nerds out there?
