Shocks opinion

I have now DRC on my c6 and one of those are leaking.. so wondering should i replace those with example kw variant 4 or buy new drc shock? Any opinion? Which shocks do you guys recommend?

My preference was to fit new DRC struts & pipework. Another option is the RS6 specific KW V3 struts with the "DRC Delete" box of electronics to stop the cars ECU putting up warning lights when the DRC is removed or the more generic Bilstein B14 or B16 (no DEC delete box). Then there's always fully custom stuff from Ohlins etc but thats silly priced, easily 4X the OEM price!

I stayed with DRC because, with it set Dynamic and with some uprated Anti-Roll bars (mine are H&R), the handling is surprisingly good for a 2+ ton car (even if the "feel" from the steering is missing) and I've had no issues on the various track-days I've done, plus retaining the DRC gives you the option to soften the ride to Comfort as you're driving, should you ever need to.

Considering that both aftermarket replacement or OEM replacement are around the same cost it's completely up to you which you decide is the better option.
