2 left discs

Hi All
I have just fitted my VW Phaeton front brake back plates and have found that both front discs are the same, ie they are both LH discs. i checked through the invoices and Bath Audi last changed the discs in 2016 and on the receipt they have charged for 2 off discs part number A4F0 615 301 L... is this correct? is it something that i should worry about? do you think that Audi would do anything about it?

I presume that they are handed?

I thought the same thing and then found out that the OE Audi discs aren't handed, the drilled holes angle forwards on one side of the car, backward on the other.
I think the C5 discs are handed but the wavy C7 discs aren't.
Ceramic discs are handed though.
