Is there a lower price limit to get 700+ BHP ?

Post by SteveG » Fri Sep 15, 2017 9:46 pm

I wonder if there is such a thing as a minimum cost for a car with 700+ BHP. There has to be a £figure where it is rude to not buy a car with over 700 bhp. OK, mileage and cost to repair will be considerations,...but 700+ BHP Just WOW !!! what a weapon :biggrin3:

Only 600HP, requires fix, then trip to MRC for 700/1100. So all in, what are we guessing, 16 - 17k and a car that's a little bit bent underneath?
I'm out.
No matter where you go, there you are.

That one looks pretty rough. So probably about £19k for a 90k+ miles non damaged example..and 750 hp.....still seems like pretty good value. Most people probably wouldn't be able to get their heads around that kind of grunt for basically hatchback money. Pretty amazing, enjoy while still possible.

Fast enough to set both airbags off, 10mph my arse! :assflash:

Also, £2500 for a whole new front end panel set inc wing and headlight, new radiators (coolant & aircon) & oil cooler, dashboard, steering wheel and a whole bunch of other random bits - what an absolute dreamer :bash:

Wings cost £555 per side, and a bonnet is just a tad over £800. A bumper - £997.

All of the above finished in Nardo - excuse me - primer grey!!

He must have driven it into and under a HGV. Hard to believe otherwise how that kind of ugly damage resulted from such a low speed impact
