I know he's put it up for sale a few times. The only loon I would have over my old one. But as you say probably pestered with time wasters, or a change of heart given the power it's running

Selling a 'loon can be a proper pain in the ar5e...they just don't sell as well as Avants unfortunately. Not surprised it's on and off sale.

sold mine within days to a forum members twice, i think it needs to have the right options and a thread that details all the work helped i think, but there are some loons that sit around for months which is a shame

Advertised mine on here first as I wanted to sell it to someone that would look after my old car and not abuse it like many do. After a ton of messing about (which is the norm when selling through PH and Auto Trader etc) it went for a sale/return at even then didn't sell until the day before I was going to give it to Audi as a part ex on my C7. Then it sold really quickly but that was due to me lowering the price significantly. Had lots of interest but that was it and unfortunately mostly from specific groups of people from the Midlands who had sh1tty attitudes. My old car took 2 months to sell.
When people talk about RS6's they normally just think 'super quick estate' so saloons are a rarity. Trouble is the competition for super estates is very small but super saloons is quite large. One dealer was very interested in my car but thought it was an avant. Soon as he found out it was a Saloon he backed out as he said he had one before for sale and it sat on his forecourt for ages. It's a shame and it seems the RS7 suffers the same fate. Don't see many of them about either! Look at the RS7 forum compared to the RS6 one-huge difference in traffic. It's wrong as the saloons are epic cars but that would seem to be the reality.

I'm the very man The Widebody is just about done, waiting on some seals for the ceramic brakes then it can go back together. Bought this c6 last week, absolutely love it. It's away having some cosmetic work done and some new tyres, then off for gearbox enhancements then fun can begin
