Fuel flap won't lock

The fuel flap won't lock but I can hear the actuator when I lock the car, can it be replaced and how do I get I there to do it thanks

I'm going to take a punt and say through the side panels like other Vag vehicles in the boot, but a parts diagram would give you a better idea

Yep, you have to take the RH panel off. You can touch the thing if the jack access panel is open but theres no room to do anything else.
