You have no idea how frustrating it was! The trolley jack had 3 wheels and a block of wood for the 4th (safe!), the bottle jack was a "turn handle to lift" type not a pump and the handle was missing so we could only use it until it was finger tight (really safe!) so it couldn't actually lift anything and then I'm getting constant "advice" in both ears
