Basically the car is seeing a difference between how much air pressure it "thinks" it should be seeing based on the throttle position and how much it is "actually" seeing measured by the MAP Sensor.
Now as your's is saying "No Signal - Intermittent" it's saying that occasionally the signal from either the Throttle Position Sensor or from the MAP Sensor is missing. Chances are it's either something breaking down in either of those two sensors or something in the cabling.
With VCDS it tells you the amount of times this code has appeared/bee recorded, does your scanner have a similar way of displaying the amount of occasions the code has been generated?
