No - like I wrote...you have to remove the OEM lip...

I had my paintshop paint mine last week and do a trial fitment. The lip looks great, but the bodyshop wasn’t happy with the out of the box fitment, and advised that it would need trimming to fit properly, as it was warping slightly in the middle due to it being a bit tight.

If anyone wants to have my lip, and is up for trimming it slightly so that it fits properly without warping, then you can have mine.

Open to offers. :)
