Remapping mine again this time home to the max (done some logs and think I can get more power

Ahhhh, someone as daft as me 
I had a huge intercooler on my 535d (see link in my sig) but struggled with engine temps. Any issues with that one covering over 1/2 the rads?
Did you do before and after temps, has it made a big difference.
that looks easy enough to do. i recognise the type of cooler you used. Very similar to what the S4 TT guys use.
