Its Tuned now by mrc and made 725ps and 919nm with ambient temp of around 17c.

Its super quick and I can't really imagine why one would need a faster car than this for the road. I have seen VMax on a recent trip to Germany which was 218 mph on the GPS before I had to lift.

WOW 218 mph - I would be worried about tyres at those speeds

I was.

I checked the pressures first and had my friend monitor them whilst we did the runs for any adverse changes but of course you cannot plan for a blow out. You only touch that speed so in reality you are only over the 188mph rating for 30 seconds max, I know from racing for the last 15 years that most good brands build in at least 25% tolerance which equal's a theoretical rating of 235 MPH.

Clearly if you where on banking like Nardo and intended to maintain the speed you would blister the front's for sure but in a strait line your actually quite safe as long as your start pressures are correct. If for instance you started with a silly pressure of "say" 65psi all round you would be definitely asking for trouble.

Whats so impressive is the 100 to 170 speed, just like taking off in a plane! Maybe the next RS6 will have wings!! (oh forgot its a silly Euro 6 V8 totally coked up with cats)

The more i read this thread and others..the more i think WOW!!!

This car really is something else...the stats and figures it can achieve are unreal!!!!!!!!!!!.... :kissmyrings:

This crazy engine is a one off...probably never to be repeated... and when tuned???...well what can i say??? :jump_clap:

Ok not the best in handling BUT good enough for day to day Britain...and as a overtaking, straight line missile...that WILL scare if not beat almost anything else on the road today.

Its even better reading that these things really seem well built and bulletproof, with silly BHP and torque figures not causing issues....although as said above how they will fair long term remains to be seen??
