So long and thanks for all the fish....

Post by Akira » Wed Feb 23, 2011 12:28 pm

So after some careful deliberation my RS6 has gone. Was getting offers on it close to what I paid some 12 months ago and I decided that the time was right to say goodbye to her.
Looked around at several cars but the 2 main ones were the Aston Vantage N420 Roadster and the R8 V10.

In the end it was no contest and I got a great deal on a Suzuka Grey V10 Coupe with all the important CF options on.
Will miss the RS6, but the R8 is simply an astonishing car and I cant wait for Summer to arrive

.

Nice one Akira, you made the right decision.

I swapped my RS6 for a black V10 with ceramics etc. It is a truly amazing machine (so is the RS6 as far as I am concerned, obviously in a different way).

I'm currently researching an R8 sports exhaust which has an adjustable valve. I've found one so far, which has a remote key fob.

Anyway, congrats re R8 V10, the driving experience gets better and better and Summer is coming :)
