RE: RS6 servicing costs
Mine will come up for its first service on AVS at about 14,000. I would expect the costs to be slightly higher than the RS4, and maybe cheaper than my old R8, so I would guess at about £400-£600
The car is very heavy on tyres. at 8,000 miles, I reckon I have about 5,000 left, but I do loads of motorway miles, so am relatively easy on them

RE: RS6 servicing costs
My car is an oil service at 13,000(ish) miles and an inspection service at 19,000(ish).
Anybody have any idea of where these should be priced?
It may be my imagination but I thought I'd heard somewhere that the servicing didn't need to be by Audi main dealers.
Does that leave the way open to use a favourite tuner?

RE: RS6 servicing costs
Servicing can be done at any garage. It doesn't have to be a main dealer.
So long as it is stamped, done at the correct intervals and any replacement parts needed are genuine audi/vag items then the vehicles warranty still applies.
This applys to all cars from any manufacturer.
The dealer will try and tell you differently but that's the law. They will also tell you that it will affect the part ex value if it has not been done at a main stealer, but again, when I have changed my car the only question I've ever been asked is 'has it got a full service history'. I've never been asked if that fsh was all done at a main dealer, and I've never asked when buying a second hand car if the service history is all main dealer.
As far as servicing an rs6 costs, I'm not sure.

RE: RS6 servicing costs
Servicing should be £600 at the main dealer. I managed to get mine for £400.
As for intervals, mine requires servicing every 10,000 for some reason. And tires a roughly the same, maybe a bit less.
The servicing will be the least of your worries mate. Personally I'd be more worried about the running costs i.e fuel

RE: RS6 servicing costs
Been offered between £310 and £370 for this service.
One dealer offered to do both oil and inspection service together for £420.
They're 5,000 miles apart though.

IMO .. No .. This is why I leave often leave a GPS tracker in my cars when they go in for work and if the track I download is a "Joke", I'll be calling the Dealer Principle to ask whyNudenut wrote: And is 12 miles reasonable for a road test ????![]()
