So, looking into getting a S8 V10 there a guite a few out there but i need to sort some of them out since i want to get it with the 3 generation MMI (the one with SD-cards and birdview). So is it only the 09 that came with this and when did they change it?

Not many with MMI 3G, it was available late 08 when I first saw it in an A8. If you hve pics of the console, look for the extra joystick on top of the MMI knob to see if it is 3G.
